Miss you

Dear Daisy,

I am missing you very very much.  I came home to England for 10 days, I hated leaving you but it should have only been for 10 days.  I am still in England right now and it has already been two and half weeks.  You have had a few different carers who I am sure are looking after you very well and I am very grateful to them for that.

I wish that I could give you a great big cuddle and tell you how much I love you and bring you here with me so that you knew I still loved you.  I cant believe how much I am missing you.  I have seen a few pictures of you and your brother and you look like you are having fun even though it is way too cold for you right now.  Also I hear that you are causing trouble with your brother seen as though he is injured.

Daisy I love you and miss you and hope that you are okay.

Lots of Love

Mommy xoxo

Update

Daisy Daisy Daisy,

Your eye is finally better, its taken a while, a few vet visits and lots and lots of eye drops.  Now you have the all clear, at least on the eye front, now you have the start of another ear infection.  Stop with the infections, please!!!

You have your brother staying with your for a little while - Frankie, and I think you enjoy having him around, someone to play with, someone to annoy, you are always getting him, wanting him to play, even when he is sleeping, I think that maybe you love him :o)  Next week you will be staying with him, when I go to England, it will be the first time I have left you and I will worry lots.  I am sure you will be fine with grandma and grandad but I will still worry, we have plans to talk on skype so that I can see you :o)

Almost time for your first christmas, you have gotten so big now, I am looking forward to you enjoying all of the christmas mess and treats - I am sure you are going to love it, you already love the snow so I am sure you will love christmas too :o)

Okay, long post about nothing really, just wanted to update, I will post some more pictures soon :o)

Pictures

Daisy's first experience of the snow

trying on one of her halloween accessories...

Random shot at the top of the stairs, trying to show how much she has grown...

This was last week before she dared to come down the stairs by herself...

This is what Daisy wants to come to halloween as... a bat...

this was the only coat in the right size I could find for her, she hates and so do I its more like a dressing gown/house coat

On this one you can see her poorly eye :(

And this one she has her eye closed, this was the day I had taken her to the vets...she is there again tomorrow for a check up and hopefully everything will be good - fingers crossed

And last one, I like this one because she has her tongue out...I cant normally catch her with it out

Daisy's poorly

Dear Daisy,

Poor Daisy, you had to go to the vets today, you have an ulcer on your eye and a bald patch on your butt from a scabby injury you kept scratching.  The vet said it was most likely another dog :o( you has been so down in the dumps the past couple of days, I was sooooooooooooo very worried about you that I took the day off work.  And now we have anti-biotics, 2 different sets of eye drops to take, I have no idea how I am going to manage giving you your eye drops - I have a feeling you wont like them!

Hope you feel better soon baby,

Lots of love

Accidental Splodging

Dear Daisy,

You had an accident on the carpet in the bedroom last night, as I was walking over to it I said to daddy that I had read somewhere on the internet that some pugs eat it, and I said at least you dont do that and started to laugh, the laughter I think excited you and you came running over, splodging in your business and then proceeding to stand on me! Daddy found this HILARIOUS, I not so much.

Its Monday today and I always feel extra bad leaving you on a Monday to go to work.  I think by Tuesday and Wednesday you are back in the routine but on Mondays you have spent the weekend with us and I think you probably miss us more, right?

Last night we spent some time training again, I think you really enjoy it, especially the treat part of it, lol.  You are an expert at sitting, getting good at dancing and also we almost got the lie down command to a tee.

Love you lots daisywaisy xxx

Training & Tricks

Dear Daisy,

You are sooooooo damn cute when you sleep!

Last night when we were training you managed to learn how to dance, you are such a good little puupy.  I will post some more pics of you soon and maybe even a video.  You can sit (which you could do after just a couple of days), you come, you fetch, you get in bed, you do up (begging) and now you can dance! So impressed with you.  We are going to work on lie down today and give me five.

Love you lots daisywaisy xxx

Autumn leaves and treats

Dear Daisy,

You are getting bigger already, I cant believe how much you have grown in the short time that we have had you.  Today I have enjoyed spending some time with you.  Your daddy bought you a peddipaw so that we can file your nails... you are getting used to the sound of it but it still freaks you out a little.  You are sooooo funny! Love you lots and lots.

Right now on your walks you are really enjoying playing in the leaves - so much fun to be had with so many leaves on the ground right now.  Tomorrow when I walk you I will take the camera so that we can get some pics.

You are really enjoying the new treats I got you from Edmonton Nutro Natural Choice Berry flavoured.  I think they might be your new favorite!  Also whilst in Edmonton last week I got you a witches hat for halloween - I cant wait to dress you up in it :o)

Love you lots Daisywaisy xxx

Dear Daisy Part One

Dear Daisy,

Today (August 28th) I picked you up from your original mommy...I had you and two sisters to choose from.  You were very affectionate straight away but it was a hard choice.  Your daddy helped me to choose you...he liked your feistiness, he saw that even though you were the smallest you were still a mighty little devil.

You got to meet the rest of your family straight away too - you were pretty shy at first but it didnt last long! Your brother Frankie followed you everywhere - he insisted on sleeping in our room with you and every time I checked on you throughout the night he did too.

So welcome to our family daisy :o) and welcome to your bed - I think you will become good friends!
